Helen Webb leads the Webb Mentoring service, working predominantly with business leaders and senior executives. She enjoys working with individuals and teams to maximise output as well as job satisfaction and clients enjoy her personable approach. Helen has "been around the block" a few times and blends fresh thinking with hands on experience of many of the very issues your business may be grappling with.

Helen has a Degree in Management Studies as well as 20 years' commercial experience, largely in the travel and retail sectors. She spent 13 years in marketing and purchasing, before becoming UK Managing Director of lastminute.com from 2000 - 2004. Helen set up Webb Strategy in 2005, after the birth of her son, and has since worked with a wide range of satisfied clients.
